Our marketing team is expanding, and we’re searching for the Head of Content Marketing to lead and advance our content strategy, creation, and distribution.
As an experienced content marketer, your primary role will be developing and optimizing Scoro’s marketing content. You will work closely with the whole marketing, product, sales, customer success, and the CEO to ensure optimal content delivery to target audiences across multiple channels.
You will report directly to the VP of Marketing. As the company grows, you will have the opportunity to build and lead the content marketing team and play a vital role in the success of Scoro.
Your responsibilities include:
Editorial and Brand
- Ensuring that all the business’s narratives and messages are in support of the content strategies and editorial decisions;
- Overseeing the development and management of the business’ brand standards and content style guides, as well as the overall expression of the business’ corporate identity;
- Inspiring and contributing to the development of first-class content, along with different production means, such as videos, infographics, blogs, and data visualization.
Strategy and Analytics
- Taking responsibility for the creation of the editorial structure within the marketing department to ensure integration and alignment;
- Designing and implementing systems that actively measure, manage, optimize and communicate the performance of the content against OKRs/KPIs;
- Acting as a strategic counsel for the PR and Product Marketing team in content planning, development, and other key initiatives.
Research
- Gathering information from key industry figures to determine the validity of proposed topics and themes for the business’s content;
- Conducting research on the competitive environment, gathering market data, and presenting well-informed topics and themes for content creation based on the results.
Media/Social Media
- Overseeing all the content put out by the business to the media, such as interviews, collateral, and speeches;
- Managing and overseeing all of the business’s social media channels regarding content, promotion, customer service, performance management, and listings;
- Expanding and overseeing the social media tools and processes to facilitate actionable insights that inform strategic decision making for the business’s social media presence and content.

We expect you to have:
- 5+ years of experience in a senior position in the field of marketing, content, or other creative roles, for example, as Content Manager, Senior Editor, or Brand Manager;
- A strong track record of successful content campaigns or demonstrated examples of content strategies created;
- Ability to conceive fresh and appealing ideas for new content that establishes or supports the company’s brand identity;
- Strategic thinking skills and capability to present complex business strategies to stakeholders;
- Strong analytical skills, showing deep interest and knowledge of research and analysis of business-related content;
- Strong creative writing skills in creating original content that targets a specific audience and meets company objectives;
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a good command of the English language;
- Ability to easily engage with people and build meaningful and long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders such as senior executives, research partners, and customers.
