Our Engineering teams are based in Tallinn and Riga. We’re working in a hybrid environment, meeting at the office 2-3 days per week. You will be reporting to our Engineering Manager based in Tallinn.

Your responsibilities include:
- Ensuring the quality of Scoro via testing by reporting, documenting, and reproducing technical issues;
- Working closely with developers by coaching them, holding pair testing sessions, and giving constant feedback on product performance;
- Establishing and optimizing testing and quality assurance practices and procedures.

We expect you to have:
- Experience in manual software testing;
- Eye for UI/UX design;
- Background with exploratory testing, regression testing, black-box testing, etc.;
- Understanding of software development processes and a technical mindset;
- Readiness to mentor and coach people as part of the daily work;
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
- Great attention to detail, passion for quality, and persistence to work for it;
- Eagerness to improve and work on self-education.
